Do you have casual visits to the gym and aquatic facilities? Revive is a members based only facility, so we do not have casual visits to the gym and aquatic facilities.
When should I arrive? We suggest that your arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for you to change, complete your consultation card and relax before your treatment begins.
What if I am running late? To ensure that you get maximum benefit and enjoyment, we stress the importance of arriving on time. If you do arrive late we will do our best to provide you with the best possible service within the time remaining.
Where can I park? Two hours free parking is available at the Novotel on levels B1 and B2 with access from Princess Street or Bay Street.
What is the booking procedure in the Day Spa? It is the responsibility of all clients to read and understand the booking procedure as stated below.
- At the time of booking, please ensure you have your credit card details ready to secure your spa appointment. - As a courtesy to our guests on our waiting list, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. - We require 24 hours notice to reschedule your general booking or gift voucher appointment. -If less then 24 hours notice is given or you fail to show for the scheduled appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. - A 10% surcharge on Sundays and Public Holidays applies.
