Boxing is a great class to undertake a high intensity workout. There are many benefits to boxing that include weight loss, increase cardiovascular endurance, increase stamina, muscle tone and fat burning. Class involves boxing combinations, drills and techniques.
Aqua
Dive into exercise in the pool. These classes are ideal for people of all fitness levels. The water provides resistance and buoyancy making your workout challenging yet safe. Suitable for people of all fitness levels.
Pilates
Pilates classes consists of exercises that will help you achieve muscle balance, stability and flexibility. The focus of the class will be on posture, position and breathing. A fantastic class for those who need to work on postural strengthening. Suitable for people of all fitness levels.
Stretch
Stretching is a fundamental way to improve your overall health and fitness. Improve your range of motion, posture and circulation while decreasing muscle tension. Suitable for people of all fitness levels.
Living Longer Living StrongerTM (LLLS)
Living Longer Living Stronger is a safe and quality controlled strength training program specifically designed for people over 50. Strength training can help build muscle mass and strength, preserve bone mineral density, improve balance and reduce falls, and reduce the effects of Osteoperosis.
NB: A one-off assessment fee of $55 will apply prior to participating in class.
Boot Camp
Fitness Boot Camp on the Beach is an outdoor fitness program for all walks of life. Exercises are designed to get you results - be it to lose weight, tone up, increase strength or improve your fitness and at the same time have fun with like-minded people. You'll be challenged by all aspects of the camp with a variety of exercises including sand running, exercises on the beach, boxing, circuit training, resistance training (using equipment and your own body weight) just to name a few. Anyone of any fitness level can participate.
