FitCamp is a new and exciting group training regime, designed specifically for weight loss, muscle toning and cardio fitness. As many know, boxing is a fantastic training technique to improve body shape and composition. FitCamp combines this, with circuit training and sand exercises, to ensure you are gaining the maximum benefit out of every sessions.
