Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our guests on the waiting list, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.

Please note that we request 24 hours notice to reschedule your appointment. If less then 24 hours notice is given or failing to show for the scheduled appointment, 50% cancellation fee will incur. 10% surcharge on Sundays and Public Holidays.

We ask that you secure your spa appointment with your credit card details so please have them ready at the time of booking.

When should I arrive?
We suggest that your arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for you to change, complete your consultation card and relax before your treatment begins.

Late arrivals
To ensure that you get maximum benefit and enjoyment, we stress the importance of arriving on time. If you do arrive late we will do our best to provide you with the best possible service within the time remaining.
